PRIVACY
1. Information you provide
When you create an account, PAMBERA™ may collect your email address and account credentials needed to provide sign-in and account services.
When you use Second Look, you may upload documents, photos, questions, and other information you choose to provide. Those materials may contain personal, financial, property, insurance, contractual, or other sensitive information.
2. How PAMBERA™ uses your information
We use information to provide and improve PAMBERA™, process your Second Look requests, maintain your account, save documents and results you choose to keep, provide membership services, protect the service, and communicate with you about your account.
Uploaded materials are processed by third-party technology providers used to deliver the service, including our AI processing provider. We do not sell your uploaded documents to advertisers.
3. Document and AI processing
PAMBERA™ is designed to help you understand everyday documents. To generate a Second Look, information from your submitted document may be transmitted to our AI service provider for processing and generation of a response.
Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. OpenAI may process uploaded content and generated responses under its applicable service and data-processing terms. Some file types may be uploaded through the OpenAI Files API; other files and images may be sent directly with a processing request. We do not promise immediate deletion from the AI provider after a review. Provider retention may differ by processing method.
4. Saved information and accounts
When you choose to save a Second Look, Vault record, or Watchlist item, the saved information is associated with your signed-in account and stored using Supabase-backed cloud infrastructure. Some information may also be kept temporarily in your browser to support your session and migration of earlier browser records. Submitting a document for review does not by itself mean that the original file has been permanently saved to your Vault.
You can remove individual saved records and Watchlist items using available controls. Removing an item from a Vault does not necessarily delete copies already processed or retained by the AI provider, backups, logs, or billing systems. Canceling a paid membership does not automatically delete your account or saved records. Our intended policy is to offer a 90-day recovery period after paid access ends, but automatic 90-day deletion is not currently guaranteed. We will provide notice before implementing automatic expiration-based deletion. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-associated information, email info@pambera.com. We will verify and review requests in accordance with applicable law. Certain backups, technical logs, AI-provider records, and billing records may remain for legitimate operational or legal reasons under applicable retention practices.
5. Payments
PAMBERA™ membership payments are processed by Stripe. PAMBERA™ does not receive or store your full payment-card number through the PAMBERA™ application. Stripe may collect and process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.
6. Cookies, analytics and technical information
The service may use cookies, local storage, logs, device information, IP address, and similar technical information as necessary for authentication, security, reliability, and service operation. These technologies may be used by PAMBERA™ and its hosting, authentication, payment, and service providers. We do not claim that all technical logs or provider cookies are disabled.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including account-based access controls provided through our infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid uploading passwords, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive records unless they are necessary for your request.
8. Children
PAMBERA™ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as PAMBERA™ develops. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, email info@pambera.com.
TERMS
1. Using PAMBERA™
PAMBERA™ provides information and decision support for everyday documents. You are responsible for the information you submit and for deciding what action to take after reviewing a Second Look.
2. Not professional advice
PAMBERA™ is not a lawyer, financial adviser, insurance professional, tax adviser, medical professional, or other licensed professional. A Second Look is not legal, financial, insurance, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship.
When a document involves significant rights, money, deadlines, health, legal obligations, or other high-stakes decisions, consider consulting an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Accuracy and AI limitations
PAMBERA™ uses artificial intelligence to review information. AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on an incorrect interpretation of a document. You should review the original document and verify important information before acting.
4. Your documents and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the documents and information you submit. You represent that you have the right to upload and use the materials you provide. Do not upload documents or information that you are prohibited from sharing.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify PAMBERA™ if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
6. Membership and billing
Paid features are offered under the membership plan and price presented at checkout. PAMBERA™ Personal is offered at $6.99 per month as displayed in the current checkout experience, unless a different price or offer is presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the customer billing portal.
You may manage or cancel your subscription using Account → Manage membership, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and paid access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law; we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period unless legally required. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. When paid access ends, paid saving features may be unavailable, but cancellation does not automatically delete your account or previously saved records. PAMBERA™ intends to offer a 90-day recovery period for expired memberships; this is a planned policy rather than a guarantee of automatic deletion or uninterrupted retrieval. For questions about your saved data or to request deletion, email info@pambera.com.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse PAMBERA™, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, infringe another person's rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
8. PAMBERA™ content and technology
PAMBERA™ and its software, branding, website content, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PAMBERA™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PAMBERA™ technology to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as PAMBERA™ develops. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PAMBERA™ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on a Second Look. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer law protects.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as PAMBERA™ develops. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
